On Sunday, September 5, 2021, it's that time again: the STADTRADELN campaign begins in Oldenburg under the motto "Move good deeds".
STADTRADELN is a competition in which the aim is to cycle as many everyday journeys as possible for 21 days: for more cycling promotion, climate protection and quality of life in your municipality. It doesn't matter whether you already cycle every day or have rarely done so. From September 5 to 25, every kilometer counts - especially if you would otherwise have traveled it by car.
During the STADTRADELN in Oldenburg, the cycled kilometers will be collected for a virtual bike tour to Oldenburg's twin cities. For each stage reached, a charitable organization receives a contribution of €1,000.
Those who are not yet assigned to a team are cordially invited to join Team ENaQ to support the project and collect cycling kilometers together to reach as many stage goals as possible. The cycled kilometers can be determined or estimated e.g. with an odometer or a route planner and entered via the website. Alternatively, the Stadtradeln app can be used, which automatically enters the kilometers. Those who live outside Oldenburg or are on vacation can still participate, because you can protect the climate everywhere.
