The Oldenburg Energy Cluster OLEC e.V. is the largest cross-technology energy network in Lower Saxony. The association bundles the competences of more than 60 members from the energy industry and research, administration and education and sees itself as an innovation and knowledge manager as well as a dialogue platform for the energy transition in Lower Saxony.

For the project management of the BMWi/ BMBF-funded projects "Energetisches Nachbarschaftsquartier Fliegerhorst Oldenburg (ENAQ)" (50% job scope) as well as "Wärmewende Nordwest (WWNW)" (50% job scope), a full-time position (39 hours per week) in the

Project Management (m/f/d)

for a limited period of 12 months in the context of parental leave.

Your tasks:

Project management within the framework of the "ENaQ" and "WWNW" projects.
Planning and implementation of knowledge and technology transfer
Planning of workshops and events
Involvement of OLEC members and other partners from business and science
Project-relevant public relations work
Administration and accounting of funds at the project management agency
Documentation and reporting
Support of the cluster management in the area of project application and acquisition of third-party funding.
Your profile:

You have a (technical) university degree, preferably in sustainability economics, regional planning, geography or a technical/energy sector.
You have excellent knowledge of project and funding management.
You can communicate technical contexts in a target group-oriented manner.
You are familiar with the organisation of events.
You are characterised by strong communication skills, sociability and a confident manner.
You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
We expect an independent, committed way of working as well as professional experience and knowledge in the energy sector.
